When you sign up for a free resource (like the Body Load Assessment), we collect your first name and email address, and a record of which resource you signed up for. That's it, no phone numbers, no addresses, no payment details for free resources.

This data is stored in Supabase, hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region), and used only to send you the resource you asked for and occasional related updates. It is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Third-party services this site uses

• Supabase (EU-hosted database) — stores signup data securely.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (like your requested resource).
• Vercel — hosts this website.
• Google Fonts — loads typefaces used on this site; this involves your browser requesting fonts from Google's servers.
• Acuity Scheduling — powers the 1:1 session booking calendar.
• Tally — powers the corporate/group request form.
• Eventfrog — external ticketing for in-person events.
